Our fitness professionals can develop a personalised programme based on your needs and ambitions. Recharge your batteries by making use of our state-of-the-art fitness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis court. The Franciacorta region offers a variety of opportunities for outdoor activities.

INDOOR ACTIVITIES
Individual Training: EUR 70 (25 minutes)/135 (50 minutes)
Group lessons for two or more people: 50 EUR (25 minutes) / 120 EUR (50 minutes) PER PERSON
During your stay, you can access personal training sessions and a state-of-the-art fitness centre equipped with cardiovascular and strength training machines, as well as a stretching area. Private and group lessons are also available.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
A complete workout that improves strength, mobility, and coordination through multi-joint exercises inspired by everyday movements.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Training that alternates periods of high-intensity effort with periods of active recovery or complete rest. The goal is to maximise training in a short amount of time to improve endurance and athletic performance.
TRX
Suspension training uses body weight to develop strength, balance, control and core stability.
POSTURAL TRAINING
This class is aimed at improving body alignment, breathing awareness, and joint mobility through slow, controlled movements.
CERVICAL RELAX
A session dedicated to relaxing the cervical, scapular and upper dorsal areas through mobility, stretching and breathing exercises.
BACK CARE
A gentle class focused on spinal health, incorporating mobility, strengthening and relaxation exercises to alleviate pain and tension.
AQUAGYM
A bodyweight training class in the water that works the whole body evenly, tones muscles and improves cardiovascular health while minimising impact on the joints.
CORE & STABILITY
Exercises focused on activating and strengthening the core to improve posture, balance, and performance in all types of movement.
POWERLIFTING
Training based on squats, bench presses and deadlifts, aimed at developing maximum strength and technique in these three crucial exercises.
BODYBUILDING
Training aimed at muscle hypertrophy, focusing on technique, programming and individual progression to sculpt the body.
STRETCHING & MOBILITY
Active and passive stretching sequences to improve muscle elasticity and joint mobility and reduce tension.
PELVIC TRAINING
A specific programme to raise awareness of, strengthen and relax the pelvic floor. Useful before and after childbirth, and for the prevention of dysfunction.
MAT PILATES
Bodyweight exercises on a mat. Training focuses on control, breathing, balance and core strengthening to improve posture and flexibility.
PILATES REFORMER
Reformer is a variation of Pilates that uses specific equipment to perform exercises aimed at improving strength, flexibility, posture and coordination.
YOGA
A mind-body discipline that aims to achieve balance between body and mind through postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Our location, surrounded by the rolling hills of Franciacorta, offers the perfect environment for outdoor activities, including cycling, jogging, and swimming in the picturesque Lake Iseo. Mountain biking, Nordic walking, golf and tennis are also available.
There is a free guided outdoor walk every day at 9:00.
