A large farmhouse from the late '400 with a soft shape like that of a hot air balloon, - and it’s from here the house takes its name -, it stands discreetly on the Bellavista hill owned by the Moretti family. It is from up there that the view is lost in the vineyards of Franciacorta, on the distant plain to the top of Monte Orfano, and also of the woods.
The house has a double entrance, the main one is under a large porch, while the other one is on the back and totally independent. In the garden, on a chestnut tree, a small house lies suspended.
On the ground floor, the entrance is dominated by a stone staircase. The high ceilings with exposed beams combined with Cotto Antico on the floor are confirmation of the rustic and authentic character of the place, complete with a contemporary country chic decor.
A large wooden fireplace with the seats around it, in the middle of the room which preserves the small original windows of what was once the old stable, connects the dining room with the kitchen. in the back, there is the laundry room, the office, the cellar and the connection to the area reserved for service personnel. And again, a large living room and a study.
Upstairs, a fun L-shaped balcony overlooks the forest, the tall windows make it one with the nature out there. It is the hallway of the four bedrooms, each independent and with private bathrooms: a large suite with walk-in closet has access to the balcony; two large double bedrooms and a twin bedroom overlooking the courtyard.
You just have to add all the five-star services of the most beautiful neighbor, L'Albereta!
